 Founder ~ John McCutchan

John worked in the coal mines for almost 18 years, when he decided he wanted to spend more time with his family. He decided to open his own HVAC company. It started in back of his home garage, and through the years has built it into a "community" company with nine other employees. It was a landmark day when he built and opened his new building, open for business, in 1997. Since its beginning, John has always been fair to his customers and spread his business name by "word of mouth" due to customer satisfaction.

John was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, GBM, an aggressive type of brain caner in August 2016. He was able to pass the business to his sons Tyler and Michael before he passed away on August, 29 2017. He is missed by many.

Michael McCutchan

Michael is finishing up his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Tech at Fairmont State University. He will become the 2nd employee to have a college engineering degree. Michael has worked for the family business for most of his life and has enjoyed being apart of it. Michael has promised to continue his father's legacy and the traditions of the company.
